We are AMP (Automated Mapping Platform) and we provide everything – fresh data from the air and ground, magic tools, smart AI, etc., to our clients to build world-class maps and solutions for Smart Mobility applications. As the core engineering team in AMP, Unified Pipeline team – with top engineers from 5 continents in the world we develop the AI platform for extracting intelligence from satellite, aerial, drone and car data, for cars, trucks, robots, people and cities at global scale. We do not create maps, we create technologies. We do not make maps, we make history. 

If you either know how to draw a map (GIS engineer/analyst), or can talk to the machine (Machine learning engineer) or simply are interested in hacking the real world (Generic software engineer), who are ready for real world challenges, who have a strong belief in yourself and look for moonshot achievements, please consider joining our team. We will prepare all the resources you need to power the rocket. Let’s map the galaxy 

・You will work with smart data scientist on magics to extract information from imagery
・You will work with top engineers to implement the magic and put it into production
・You can also work with heroes creating AI (machine learning)
・You are going to create the map and tool to make sure the car moves automatically

・Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in computer science, engineering or a similar major with an expected graduation date March 2023 – March 2024
・Must be available for a 3-month on-site internship in the summer of 2022  

We expect you have at least two of the skills below:
・Programming with Python or C++
・Knowledge of GIS and maps
・Cloud computing experience
・Machine learning
・Data analysis or engineering

You will be our target if you have knowledge of one of the following areas additionally:
・Image processing
・Remote sensing
・Point Cloud









NOTE: This internship program is intended only for those who are located in Japan with valid working visas since the program is expected to be onsite.
Start Date: You can choose to start from several start dates, July 15, August 1, August 22, or September 1, 2022 
Internship Duration: 3 months 
Timing: 3-5 days on weekdays
Salary: Hourly wage
 *The salary will be varied depending on individual experience and skills.
Work Location: Nihonbashi (Head office), Higashifuji
*Travel/Accommodation support will be provided for those students who are outside of the Tokyo region.
