What do we offer?
To continue the growth journey within Fleet Business we will strengthen our product organization with a Product Manager focusing on our sales organization in 17 markets through our interface in Salesforce. We offer a key role in transforming Volvo Cars into an empowered product team company where you get to work in a true global setting with colleagues all over the world.
 

What you’ll do
In this role the PM will develop the strategy and define the product roadmap, new feature and based on an integrated understanding of customer’s behaviour and business direction. You will drive the product team to ensure maximum product efficiency, innovation and excellent user experience within Salesforce. To succeed in that, this person will engage with stakeholders both within the Salesforce ecosystem and outside in order to avoid hurdles and to create a seamless journey for the fleet customer. Acting as a leader and coach the product team will also be an important aspect of the role.

 

A successful candidate should possess:

  • Experience with agile product management methods and developing processes, rich experienced to manage product delivery in an agile way.
  • Hands-On personality as well a problem solver that can communicate and connect with the right people in order to solve issues at a fast pace.
  • Essential that the candidate have excellent oral and written communication skills in order to communicate with all relevant parties both internal and external.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

 

Bonus

  • Experience using Salesforce or worked in a team with focus on product development in Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
  • Salesforce certifications
  • Experience in Sales Cloud within Salesforce
