What´s in it for you?

As part of the group External Collaboration & PDM Operations you will join a curious, including, and ambitious group of people supporting a rapidly growing and exiting area – External Collaborations. The team interacts with our major partners as well as suppliers with the mission is to enable and maintain a quality secured exchange of Product related data. 

The group External Collaboration & PDM Operations is a part of the Product Documentation department belonging to the Complete Vehicle Engineering within R&D. 

What you will do?

Your initial responsibility will be to drive implementations of Teamcenter connectivity towards selected suppliers and other partners. Teamcenter Connectivity makes it possible for partners and suppliers to fully take part in VCC projects using our CAD & PDM environment from their home sites. Your part will be to initiate and proactively coordinate all required activities from start to finish, act as a coordinator between both sites. You will arrange and carry out meetings, drive implementation progress making sure that smooth and hassle-free exchange of data is in place for relevant stakeholders.

Our team works with a cross functional and t-shaped approach and depending on business need, current planning, and personal interest you will over time engage in more of our areas where we have deliveries, such as: 
•    Centralized data exchange & Shared Technology Control related to some partners and projects, 
•    Supplier CAD Quality support and prerequisites, 
•    Teamcenter Access management, 
•    Support & maintenance for various tools used in External Collaborations. 

Do you fit the profile?

We believe that you have Technical University degree or equivalent working experience. You have experience from working with administrative tasks in Teamcenter or other similar applications. You have a basic understanding of access- & security models in PLM/PDM-systems. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and you will use both Swedish and English in your daily work. Multitasking comes naturally to you, as well as coordinating and prioritizing tasks towards internal and external stakeholders. Experience from working in an R&D organization are highly beneficial.

Who are you?

You are communicative person with positive attitude and proactive mindset. You have good collaboration skills and are comfortable with co-operating and communicating with people on different levels inside and outside of the organization. You have the desire and the ability to contribute to the development of both the team and the work processes, therefore you are constantly looking for opportunities for improvements. Great sense of personal organisation and good administrative skills are crucial to excel in this role.
