Main tasks:
- You will be as a spider in the net and your stakeholders will be the Digital organization, Business Controllers & the Procurement team.
- Ad hoc Support to stakeholders in various finance queries e.g. make reports in our system, goods receival, invoices, credit notes, order closure, guidance, and trainings
- Financial admin
- Purchase Orders: Place Purchase Requests, Make PO amendments, Log the requests, Occasional Goods Recipient, Secure GR access to PM/PO, Research purchase order related issues as required, Act on invoice overdues, Control PO balance and PO closure, Support with PO related queries and reports.
- CATS/WBS: Create and maintain Products/Clusters/Areas in Alfabet, Create and update WBS structures for Products/Clusters/Areas in SAP, Secure Approver access to PM/PO, Create new WBS responsible, CATS approval reminders, Support with CATS/WBS related queries and Reports.
- Finance support, Create TSU/IO numbers for Capex SW, Support with Finance related queries.
- Regularly establish communication sessions with Digital Areas. Support, provide training and create transparency and enable sustainable and timely delivery.
- Providing motivation and direction to ensure that the goals, objectives, and deliverables are clearly communicated and achieved. Responsible to ensure all the various processes are executed through the organisation.
- Assist Finance department and procurement team with reports and some P2P support.
- Responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations, including the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems.
- Be a part of the team in continuous improvement, team dynamics building, communicating the strategy, and successful execution. Working closely with team and stakeholders to plan and coordinate, to determine how to structure, deliver and address emergent needs. Create and foster a cohesive and happy team-working spirit.
- Secure data cleanliness in relevant systems and work for improvements. Document the different ways of working within Swedish based FPE team and India Hub FPE team.
- Azure DevOps: Handling and assessing business cases and prioritizing initiatives or solutions in a backlog based on business objectives and strategies.
- Working successfully against SLA for the team. Implement new KPIs based on best practices.
Primary skills required:
- Excellent knowledge of Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Experience from product administrator role, Experience of working in and using the following tools: Alfabet, Teams, SharePoint, Service Now, SAP ECC (enter in change and take reports in display), Project Builder, SRM, CATS and Fiori, SAP T-code examples; CJ20N, CN43N, ME23N, FB03.
- Financial experience: Purchase to Pay flow, track and define IT spending (Capex/Opex), define GL accounts.
- Trainings: Trainings, instructions, and Finance communication to the Digital organization in the areas above.
- Finance Process Improvements: The things highest on the agenda is PO process improvements, Training & information improvements, and PO related issues.
- Positive, ambitious, and resourceful with a good mix of corporate, independent, and academic qualifications.
- Professionally committed, goal-oriented and responsible with the ability to maintain focus and achieve significant results in demanding work environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Good communication skills and highly customer focused. Excellent ability to build good relations with people.
- Good analytical skills, Self-motivated and Strong driving force is important for this role.
- High level accuracy and thoroughness in execution of duties.
- Fluent in English (verbal and writing).
Additional skills preferred:
SAP ERP, SAP S/4 HANA, Knowledge of Volvo Cars, Accounting and follow-up, Agile way of working, SAFe, AI, Automation process
Experience required: More than 5+ years documented experience from similar assignments
Education required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
