Opportunity Overview

TuSimple Recruiting is a team of bright people willing to roll up our sleeves, take on new assignments, and juggle many things at once. We are seeking an experienced, and motivated Sr. Technical Recruiters and Sr. Technical Sourcers to pursue high-performance talent.  You will continuously build a robust network of talent and partner with leaders as a trusted adviser and reliable partner.

You will use your expertise in talent acquisition to perform sourcing/recruiting of technical talent in the areas of Algorithm, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Motion Planning, Software Engineering, Data Science and Project Management at all levels.  

Responsibilities

  • Technical Recruiting for software engineering, Robotics Research and Robotics Engineers, Software/Hardware Products Managers, Project Leaders, Machine Learning, and Data Science. 
  • Partner with business stake holder and other recruiter to meeting hiring objectives. 
  • Leverage your sourcing budget to lead national jobs marketing campaigns 
  • Actively source and developed passive candidates
  • Engage and communicate with potential candidates, gauge their interest, and suitability for current or future positions.

Required Qualifications  

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting and/or sourcing experience,  
  • Industry knowledge of identifying, targeting, and attracting high caliber technical talent in a highly competitive market.
  • Track record of building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. 
  • Excellent organization skills – you'll be juggling multiple requisitions, searches, candidates and hiring managers all at once.
  • Experience hiring for highly technical roles including: software engineering, robotics engineers, machine learning, data scientists, etc.
  • Strong follow-up and follow-through. 

Desired Capabilities

  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
  • Experience mentoring other recruiter and/or sourcers.
  • Experience recruiting for an Autonomous Vehicle and/or Enterprise Software Company
