Responsibilities

A Workshop Manager – Vehicle Dynamics
is responsible for organization, technical

resolution, and scheduling of all
workshop vehicle attributes development in support of current and future
vehicle programs across Vehicle Dynamics team.

Requirements

·        
3+ years of technical management
experience as a Service Manager is preferable

·        
5+ years of technical automotive background
as a Service Technician is preferable

·        
Proven ability to lead by example
and be innovative with processes and efficiencies

·        
Analytical ability to understand
and impact key performance indicators

·        
Problem solving initiative to fix
problems when they arise, but also understand why and how they happened

·        
Ability to motivate a team, to
engage and facilitate others to achieve and succeed

·        
A calm, considered approach with
exceptional communication skills

·        
Digitally savvy – ability to adopt
and adapt quickly to new technology and systems

·        
Performs well in an agile,
fast-paced environment where things can change very quickly

·        
Experience with full product cycles
from prototype to production

·        
Working
knowledge of program management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence

·        
Passion for
sustainable energy, automotive, and electric vehicles is preferred
