Title Specialist – Westmont, IL

  • Full Time
The primary responsibility of the Remarketing organization is to ensure a smooth ownership transfer process for Tesla customers who trade-in vehicles to offset the purchase of a new/used Tesla.
As a Title Specialist, you are directly responsible for quickly transacting all trade-in documentation and titles received throughout the US. Tasks include opening and checking in all mail, conducting detailed audits of documents received, reassigning vehicle titles in compliance with state and/or buyer requirements, and securely mailing out all titles on a daily basis.
