Tesla operates the world’s largest EV Charging network, with more then 40,000+ Superchargers and 35,000+ Wall Connectors at Destination Charging Sites. As an Operations Centre Specialist you will be part of a global team of operations specialists who monitor, diagnose, and coordinate responses to events impacting charging locations and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fast, tactical action and problem solving, passion for new technology, and experience in delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will be an integral part of the team  helping accelerate world’s transition to sustainable energy.

Requirements

  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of work experience working in a similar role or industry with 24-7 business operations
  • Experience coordinating in fast-paced environments and teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with an eye for efficiency and priority
  • Superior communication skills with ability to discuss technical topics with a range of audiences 
  • Highly energetic personality, with a flexible attitude towards critical tasks
  • Available to work rostered hours on weekends and on holidays
  • Spoken and written language skills in English and Korean, Chinese, or Thai
  • Great team player who has the ability to work independently as well as within a team dynamic
  • Proactive, motivated, self-starter
