Responsibilities
We are looking for qualified, talented individuals to join our Supercharger Tier 2 Team that ensures the highest availability for the global Supercharger fleet and contributes to the best customer experience. The ideal candidates will have both technical acumen and a proven track record of excellent customer service. Requirements
- Electrical, Energy or Electronic background related technical experience
- Background in technical support is preferred
- Understanding of distributed generation and/or energy storage systems preferred
- Ability to thrive in both independent and team environments
- Coding skills in languages like Python and ability to run SQL is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in English, any additional European language skills are a plus
- Ability to prioritize effectively, handle shifting priorities and troubleshoot
- Available to work 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
- Willingness to learn about new and innovative technologies
