Technical Support Engineer, Supercharging

We are looking for qualified, talented individuals to join our Supercharger Tier 2 Team that ensures the highest availability for the global Supercharger fleet and contributes to the best customer experience. The ideal candidates will have both technical acumen and a proven track record of excellent customer service.  If you are passionate about sustainable energy and driven to exceed customer expectations, this may be the role for you. 


  • Electrical, Energy or Electronic background related technical experience
  • Background in technical support is preferred
  • Understanding of distributed generation and/or energy storage systems preferred
  • Ability to thrive in both independent and team environments
  • Coding skills in languages like Python and ability to run SQL is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in English, any additional European language skills are a plus
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, handle shifting priorities and troubleshoot
  • Available to work 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks
  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
  • Willingness to learn about new and innovative technologies
