Technical Project Manager, Service PLM

Responsibilities

We have an opportunity for a Technical Project Manager within our
Service PLM team to support the Service Supply Chain organization in the
Semi/Cyber Truck launch as well as continuous improvement programs for
Roadster, Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X.  A successful candidate
will have a strong technical, data analytics and project management background,
and experience collaborating with broad cross-functional teams. This individual
will work closely with Service NPI PM, Production PLM, Parts Advisors, MRP,
Material Planning, Channel Planning, Finance Teams to ensure the service master
data is accurate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
    Industrial, Electrical, Engineering or similar, or relevant experience
  • Project Management experience balancing
    time across several projects, working cross-functionally with technical,
    operational and supply chain teams
  • Experience analyzing Engineering design
    changes and working with complex Bills of Material
  • CAD experience (CATIA preferred) a plus
  • Automotive industry and supply chain experience related
    to design, manufacturing, and vehicle repair a plus
  • Enovia or other PLM system experience
  • SQL Expertise, Advanced Excel, Tableau
  • Design, code, test, correct and document programs and
    scripts using agreed standards and tools to achieve a well-engineered
    result
  • Own projects ranging from data structure design to
    extraction / transformation / loading (ETL), as well as building dashboards
    for analysis to provide varying levels of visualizations tailored for each
    audience.
