Responsibilities
The role will be part of the EMEA Entity
Governance & Sustainability team at Tesla, working alongside others
responsible for providing support on sustainability of EMEA legal entities and
corporate input. This role reports into the Director, EMEA Entity Governance
& Sustainability and is a critical member of the Legal Entity Governance
team supporting EMEA legal entities.
This role requires a strong and dedicated team
player who is familiar with business operations, possesses strong analytical
skills, and has experience with large ERP systems and implementation. The ideal
candidate should combine both business and technical backgrounds to build
automated sustainability models, conduct ad-hoc analysis, and make
recommendations to management. This analyst will be a data expert, who can
partner across business teams to find and create single source of truth reports
for key enterprise data that affects accounting system and establish processes
that enable high quality fit for business data.
This position also assists the Director, EMEA
Entity Governance & Sustainability with a variety of district wide projects
and programs.
Requirements
- Experience working and implementing large ERP systems
- Proficiency in SQL and BI tools
- Experience with advanced Excel BI functionality and languages (Power
Query (M), PowerPivot (DAX)) - Passionate about data mining, identifying patterns and potential
anomalies and resolve them - Knowledge of accounting principles and sustainability modeling
- Grasp new concepts with the willingness to ask questions until the
concept is understood - Ability to
work within a complex and fluid, fast-paced, demanding work environment
