Responsibilities
Tesla is looking for a Senior
Structural Engineer to
work on large scale ground-up Engineering-Procurement-Construction project that requires
exceptional talent. The product is expected to be a never-built-before
production lines, and requirements demand production volume at a scale which
was once thought to be impossible to reach. Our environment is fast-paced and

Requirements
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Civil/Structural or equivalent experience. Master’s Degree in
Civil/Structural Engineering preferred - Minimum
10 years of professional experience in structural design of commercial,
industrial, or oil & gas industries - Registered
and in good standing as a Professional Engineer (PE) with active NCEES record
and ability to acquire State PE license for Local - Proficient
with Revit Structural and experienced with Navisworks. Familiarity with
structures in seismic zones - Detail-oriented
and technical, yet experienced enough to see the big picture - Able
to multi-task and be flexible/adapt to rapidly changing project requirements/timelines - Ability
to uphold the use of standards and escalate issues in a timely fashion - Strong
desire to be a part of a world class team focused on achieving amazing results - Experience
in structural design of buildings for high-tech infrastructure, industrial, or
operational facilities (semiconductor, automobile, solar, battery, etc.) - Direct
experience in the preparation of structural contract drawings and engineering
specifications - Bilingual in English and Spanish
