Responsibilities
The Sr. Video Producer will play a key role on the Learning Design & Technology
team that supports Inclusion, Talent & Learning organization in its people
and leader development efforts. They will interface primarily with teams in Talent
Success & Metrics, Leader Development, Career Success, Diversity &
Inclusion, and Human Resources as a key contributor to critical areas of
support which include: New Hire Experience, Leader Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Global people initiatives.
A successful candidate will have experience conceptualizing, writing and
producing compelling film, video, and motion graphic stories for employee and
leader development, internal programming, and more. This person must be an
experienced producer across all multi-media platforms, with a concentration in video
production, post-production, and finishing. Additional experience with
Animation & Podcasting is a plus. Additionally, a deep understanding of
project management with complex workstreams, scheduling, process definition,
and documenting standards is necessary to be considered.
This role requires onsite presence based out of Fremont, CA or Austin, TX.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of years of experience as a video content
producer including script writing, producing, and editing - Expertise in video storytelling
- Strong understanding of entire production process
- Experience with video and audio post-production workflow
using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, or Davinci Resolve - Demonstrated proficiency with Atlassian suite including Jira
and Confluence - Ability to work independently producing content from concept
and writing to editing and analyzing impact in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership skills, including developing and
maintaining constructive and cooperative working relationships with cross-functional
teams - Ability to plan, execute, and ship multiple projects
simultaneously - Ability to maintain timelines and keep projects on schedule
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and graphic
design preferred - Must have great communication skills and be able to give and
receive critical feedback - Knowledge of adult learning and modern teaching techniques
is a plus - Familiarity with analyzing performance/impact of content is
a plus - Willingness to travel occasionally (when safe), including
overseas is a plus - Must have a demo reel showcasing your experience and talent
