Responsibilities
As Senior Program Manager,
Training Operations, you will leverage your knowledge of data and process
engineering and automation to optimize instructor led training seat utilization.
Communication and organizational skills will be critical to develop, maintain,
and optimize training enrollment that supports the priorities of the field. To
accomplish this goal, you will build training schedules for 20+ courses across
15+ training locations in North America, informing capacity, managing travel
logistics, and communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders. A wide
degree of self-motivation, problem solving, and responsiveness when supporting
end users is expected.
Requirements
- Mastery in
Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint - Expert
communication skills - Strong time
management and organizational skills - Prolonged
periods of repetitious duties including lifting, bending, and standing for
extended periods - Open collaborative style:
ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously with minimal
supervision or direction - Ability to drive results
through ambiguity and comfortable in environments with shifting priorities - Must be able
to lift at least 50 pounds frequently - Ability to
climb and utilize equipment on site including various ladders rated for
325lbs. - Bachelor’s Degree or
equivalent work experience required - Must be able to successfully
pass a pre-employment background screen
