Responsibilities
Tesla
is looking for a highly motivated Sr Automation Controls Engineer. You will work
with cross-functional teams responsible for designing and producing exciting
new manufacturing & automation technologies for vehicle service.
Requirements
·BS degree in
Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or the equivalent in
experience
·5+ years as a process
controls engineer in an Automation environment, production environment, with
demonstrated experience in the execution of controls projects from concept
development through commissioning and ramp-up
·Evidence of
exceptional ability, including a strong understanding of engineering
fundamentals and demonstrated ability to leverage this understanding to solve
challenging technical problems
·Experience
building process flow and automation with Ignition /Station Controllers,
developing process control narratives and working closely with process
engineers to design and implement control systems to ensure safe and efficient
layout of a Manufacturing line
·Working knowledge
of Beckhoff, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Ignition and HMI Programming
