Responsibilities
The Security Intelligence team is responsible for
protecting Tesla’s intellectual property, responding to threats, and supporting
all aspects of data security at Tesla. As an eDiscovery Analyst, you will be
responsible for responding to production requests from outside counsel, adverse
parties, and government in high-stakes litigations, making sure digital
information is maintained and destroyed in accordance with best practices, and
spearheading improvements in workflow and review capabilities. You will work
with teams across Tesla to protect sensitive information and deliver ironclad,
legally defensible results.
Requirements
- 3+
years’ experience working in eDiscovery - Familiarity
with Relativity or equivalent and Microsoft’s o365 Compliance Platform,
including complex Boolean keyword searches - Experience
with industry standard evidence inventory and chain-of-custody procedures - Strong
attention to detail and the ability to deliver error-free work product - Proven
track record of collaboration with in-house legal teams and company
vendors - Professional
written and oral communication - Experience
with forensic imaging tools (EnCase, FTK Imager, Recon, BlackBag
Technologies, Axiom) preferred - Experience
with executing command line tools (PowerShell, Python) a plus
