Team
Tesla’s
Vehicle Software team is looking for amazing interns who are passionate about
driving the world’s transition to a sustainable future! We are hiring highly
motivated candidates for the position of Technical Program Manager Intern.
Internship roles in our teams provide significant independence and ownership of
projects, while still providing excellent mentorship and guidance.
As a
TPM intern, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end launch coordination of Tesla’s
over-the-air (OTA) software releases, ensuring the execution of smooth,
on-time, and quick turnaround software releases. In this role, you will support
and work closely with the software release management team, and cross
functional software engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Computer Science or Computer
Engineering is a plus) OR proven track record of exceptional abilities
and/or equivalent professional experience and achievements. - Prior experience in technical program management (TPM/EPM), software
release management, managing consumer electronics software programs is ideal. - Ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment while
managing conflicting priorities, and achieving tight launch schedules. - Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prior experience with software development and program management
tools (Ex: JIRA, GIT/Stash, Confluence) is preferred but not required.
