Responsibilities
Tesla is
seeking a Service Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is integral to
the success of our service organization and will directly help with providing
our customers with an excellent service experience and help realize our mission
to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
In this
role, you will support our Central Europe Service organization to build, manage
and action our service performance measurement tools and routines. You will
work together with our Regional Director and Service Performance Lead to
perform the needed data analytics, reporting building, project management and
operational tasks.

Requirements
- Demonstrated
success in setting goals and priorities, and driving for results - Strong
analytical skills and ability to manage and interpret mass data - Ability to
work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail - Creative
problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvements - Excellent
communication skills and ability to establish strong working relationships - Strong team
player with an interest in automotive techniques related to repair and
servicing of vehicles - Digitally
savvy and able to adapt quickly to new technology and systems - Effective
communication in English and German if required
