Responsibilities

Mobile Service Technicians are part of our service teams and are solely responsible for the effective and efficient day-to-day service operations ensuring customer satisfaction on location. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an impeccable service experience to every Tesla customer during the maintenance and service of their vehicles. This role will be a hands-on technical role and you will also be working at local Service Centers when required. To deliver excellent service to our customers at all times, Mobile service technicians will be provided with high quality equipment and have the latest training in our technologies.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years Technical work experience in a related technology (Aeronautics, Engines, Electrical, Automotive, Marine etc.)
  • Basic command of the English Language
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • A passion for Tesla and a sound understanding of the company and its mission
  • Demonstrates a safety minded attitude
  • Motivated to work in a high paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail
  • Multitasking organize workloads and planning
  • Work as a team over long distances and achieve common goals
  • Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair in the automotive industry
