  • Tesla Motors is looking for a customer service superstar to join our team as a Service Advisor working on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position requires a high-level customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the technical acumen, but also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. Requirements

  • – 至少3年以上售後服務經驗
    – 熟悉現場客戶服務以及危機處理流程
    – 了解基本的汽車維修、零件和保養技術
    – 願意學習創新的汽車技術
    – 具良好溝通技巧,能與團隊及顧客保持良好的合作關係
