Senior Recruiter Construction/Engineering (m/f/d) – Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

Our
Recruiting team at Tesla is currently looking for a highly motivated Senior
Recruiter to support our Construction and Engineering teams at Giga Berlin. You will get the opportunity to support the hiring ramp-up for one the largest high-tech manufacturing facilities in Europe, contribute with your creative ideas to impactful projects and be part of an awesome team. 

Requirements

• Several
  years of recruiting experience, preferably in the Manufacturing, Design
  Engineering or Construction sector
• Demonstrated
  track record of excellence in sourcing, assessing, and hiring talent for those
  sectors
• Proven
  relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners,
  taking lead on assessing talent needs and setting hiring plans
• Skills in
  offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment
  market trends
• Digitally
  savvy – ability to adapt quickly to new technology and systems
• Performs well
  in an agile, fast-paced environment where things change very quickly
• Excellent
  communication skills in English and knowledge of another European language
  desirable
