Senior Project Manager, Used Cars

Sr. Project Manager for Used Cars is a demanding position which requires the flexibility to adapt, the drive to achieve against difficult odds, and a forward-thinking nature to anticipate trends, and to be ahead of the curve. The person that can fill this position is difficult to find. 

As a leader in Tesla’s Used Car business, you are responsible for the improving our pre-term lease inspection process for our lease-end customers. The right fit for this role will own the strategy to maximize production efficiency and improve customer experience while achieving Tesla’s broader financial goals. 

You will report into the North America Manager for Used Car Quality


  • BA/BS, or equivalent field experience preferred
  • Ability to analyze medium-large datasets and draw robust conclusions
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Proven ability to work well with others in a team environment
  • Creative thinker with the ability to resolve critical problems quickly and independently
  • Ability to work across multiple systems
  • Previous automotive remarketing experience is preferred
