Senior
Manufacturing Project Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated,
“hands-on” individual to join our Manufacturing Team to oversee projects
involving internal machining and outsourced projects.  The role will
manage the large network of manufacturing subcontractors that are used on a
daily basis and oversees the projects that will be accomplished with internal resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and
    follow up through the project life including manufacturing project
    initiation, scope defining, project execution, progress monitoring and
    controlling as well as project closure.
  • Create,
    manage, and update project scope and task lists.
  • Create,
    manage, and update project schedules & timelines.
  • Cooperation
    and work with multi-functional teams within TTA and with subcontractors.
  • Manage team
    communications & logistics. Keep the communication flow smooth with
    all teams within TTA and with subcontractors.
  • Manage
    logistic between facilities within TTA or between TTA and subcontractors
  • Facilitate
    and lead team meetings and project reviews.
  • Monitoring,
    auditing, reporting and expediting to maintain overall project cost &
    schedules and report/resolve issues as they arise.
  • Strong
    technical knowledge of Manufacturing processes especially CNC Machining, Fabrications,
    parts finishing including Coating, Heat treatment, Material properties and
    material selection. Hands on experience will be an asset.
  • Experience
    of working with suppliers for Manufacturing and Quality system.
  • Experience
    of Manufacturing Project management.
  • Understanding
    the Assembly, Bill of Material and how individual parts relating to the Assemblies
    reflected in BOM.
  • Extensive
    experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent
    computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Tools, AutoCAD, Solid
    works, drawing interpretation, GD&T, Tooling and Cutting Tools.
  • Team player,
    can work independently.
  • Ability to
    travel locally.
  • Good written
    and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong
    skills in leadership and communication.
  • Minimum 5
    years of Manufacturing Experience preferred.
