Tesla is seeking a highly motived leader to secure that everyone in our growing service organization in EMEA always has the right competence and information to do their job excellently. You are to oversee the identification of training requirements, and lead the design, development, and delivery of learning curriculum to technicians, advisors, and mangers. In addition, you should make sure we communicate the right message to the right audience at the right time, to create engagement among our service team.  

This is a key role sitting in the center of our EMEA Service organization. You should always be on top of priorities and key initiatives for EMEA service and secure the message is distributed to relevant team members in the field. You should have a strong technical aptitude and good understanding of how to provide an outstanding customer experience. 

You are an experienced leader who will guide and support a team of bright individuals being experts on communication and knowledge management and training related to our vehicles, processes, and systems.   

To be successful in this role, you must build excellent relationships with our internal stakeholders and local market teams, understanding, and supporting current needs, as well as capturing future requirements for training and communication.

Requirements

• Experience in the field of training, preferably technical training within automotive or similar businesses 

• Excellent knowledge of best practice training methods and learning management systems and tools  

• Experienced communication professional  

• Natural skills for solving complex problems with many stakeholders 

• Strong leadership acumen and the ability to build and manage a team based on each team member’s strengths  

• Creative mindset that thinks outside the box and can invent new solutions to problems 

• Excellent communication skills to secure any information needed reaches all parts of the organization. Ability to develop collaborative & respectful relationships and act as a trusted partner to others within the organization  

• Strong bias for action, eager to learn, result-oriented and flexible to adapt quickly to change and prioritize appropriately 

• Ability to balance strategic height with operational hands-on actions  

• Flexible to travel as needed 

• Excellent written and spoken English (additional European language is a plus)

• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office packages
