The Global Demand Planning team at Tesla is responsible for the end-to-end global plan for the auto business. The S&OP Data Analyst is responsible for improving forecast accuracy building cross-functional alignment on strategic supply-demand decisions, and solving quantitative optimization problems, and has strong interpersonal and presentation skills. You will have the strategic opportunity to balance supply and demand to optimize overall customer satisfaction levels while operating in a highly cross-functional.

Requirements

• English C1 level, both written and verbal
• Good understanding of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) elements and process
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Tableau skills and exposure to Python/R or other programming experience are a plus
• Good judgment and ability to proactively anticipate complex chain-reaction impacts of plans
• Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and a passion for being hands-on in their work
• Embrace of change and rapid pace of work
