The Americas Sales Operations
Manager is part of the Americas Sales Operations leadership team.  This individual will lead a team of Sales
Operational coordinators and specialists to address customer inquiries from
internal or external stakeholders, process and validate incoming orders,
coordinate deliveries, and resolve critical operational issues.

The
Americas Sales Operations Manager is the key business partner to Americas Sales leaders, and
drives business process elimination, and implements process automation.  Is a hands-on problem-solver and able to dive
deep and quickly resolve day-to-day operational issues, while skilled in
leading long-term initiatives that increase Sales / Sales Operations
productivity.   

Requirements

·      
5+ years Sales Operations experience required

·      
1+ years business analytics experience
required

·      
1+ year management experience and experience coaching
staff required

·      
Experience in Energy sector required

·      
Experience with executive reporting required

·      
Experience with six sigma methodology, lean
manufacturing highly desired

·      
Experience as Sales highly desired

·      
B.S. degree in Engineering, Operations, or
Data Analytics preferred

·      
M.S. degree in Business, Operations, Industrial
Engineering preferred
