Responsibilities

Tesla
Energy is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our MegaFactory Team and oversee
dayshift recycling operations in Lathrop, CA. 
 The successful candidate will manage
the factory recycling team and ensure the recycling and sorting processes operate
at peak efficiency within the factory. The supervisor is highly organized and excels
at managing people with a priority focus on the customer.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma,
  post-secondary degree preferred
• At least 2 years’ experience in supervising
  or managing a team
• Powered Industrial Vehicle
  experience preferred.
• Bilingual English & Spanish
  preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills with proficiency
  in Microsoft Office
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push
  up to 30 lbs.
• Effective communication skills
• Understands lean concepts; ability
  to lead 5S and continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently with
  minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to,
  and lead changes with
• Possess ability to use email, the
  Internet, and basic computer applications
• A positive customer mindset with a
  sense-of-urgency attitude
