Our Talent Acquisition team is growing, and
we are now hiring an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team
supporting Denmark, Finland and Sweden, hiring for Tesla’s Sales, Service & Delivery (SSD) organisation in 3 countries

SSD is the backbone of our client facing business. The core roles which are recruited for in this business group include our Tesla Advisors (Sales) and Service Technicians (Auto Mechanics)

 Your daily role will include: 

  • Leading, developing and coaching a team
    of high performing Recruiters, whilst nurturing a structured and inclusive culture
    within both your own team and across our wider EMEA Talent Acquisition org 
  • Partnering with business leaders
    and hiring managers to assess their talent needs, and advising on the best talent
    acquisition strategy by leveraging relevant market and historic data 
  • Identifying opportunities to
    accelerate hiring pace and challenges in our operation by proactively looking
    around corners and problem solving ahead of time 
  • Owning every aspect of your team’s
    performance, and being responsible for driving continuous improvements to
    facilitate exceptional team output and delivery to our stakeholders 
  • Regularly reporting on KPIs and process improvements based on data insights and feedback received 
  • Focusing on providing a great
    candidate experience at every opportunity 
  • Being an essential part of
    our functional TA leadership and impacting our overarching strategy as an EMEA
    Talent Acquisition team
  • Leading projects impactful at a organisational level
  • Working cross-functionally with
    various stakeholders in the business and People teams in your region and EMEA 

Requirements of the role:

  • Experience as a people leader in
    Talent Acquisition in an agile, fast-paced environment 
  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity via previous role scope
  • Excellent written and verbal
    communication skills
  • Strong reporting and analytical
    skills 
  • Fluency in English with Danish,
    Swedish or Finnish fluency 
  • Proven experience leading an
    organisation leveraging data
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills
  • A natural curiosity to learn
