Responsibilities
The Recruitment Analytics Intern is
involved in a complex set of tasks within a wide range of Data, Analytics,
Reporting, Process Improvement and Automation across EMEA (Europe, Middle East
& Africa) and Global Recruitment and HR.
You will have the chance to
develop analytical and communication skills and gain a deep understanding of Recruitment
and HR Analytics and technology landscape.
The Recruitment Analytics Intern’s
focus will be to build an understanding of our Job Description library and
develop automated data feeds to third parties by querying the data,
transforming it into the correct format and feeding it to the third party’s
APIs in the correct format, as well as troubleshooting the process and
enhancing existing data feeds.
The Recruitment Analytics Intern will
also play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Recruitment
Analytics team by managing ad-hoc initiatives, including providing end-user
support for the in-house Applicant Tracking System, contributing to the execution
of the analytics strategy, and partnering with our Recruitment Operations team,
Recruiters and Recruitment Leads, Business Stakeholders and third parties to
develop process improvements and automation.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written
communication skills in English and German. Other European languages are
advantageous. - Currently pursuing a degree in a
relevant field, such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Software Product
Development, Information Systems, or a related discipline. We are flexible on
this, if proven and demonstrable interest exists - Proficiency in Excel, including
advanced features such as conditional formatting, pivot tables, string / lookup
/ datetime / logical and conditional formulas, and functions - Familiarity with relational
databases and the ability to write SQL queries is required - Analytical and problem-solving
skills, with the ability to think critically and find solutions in a structured
manner - Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
while delivering quality at pace and maintain high attention to detail - Familiarity with technical project
management methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile, or similar and Initial
experience in Jira, Confluence or other project tracking software is beneficial
