Recall & Service Campaign Specialist

As a member of the Tesla Service Team, this position is responsible for handling recalls and service campaigns and supporting the enhancement of the service system.

This position will also serve as a point of contact with administrative agencies to ensure that information on Tesla vehicles with cutting-edge technology is correctly understood by them.



  • Basic knowledge of automobile structure
  • English proficiency (TOEIC 750 or above)


Preferred skills:

  • Familiarity with automobile regulations and safety standards
  • Experience working with MLIT and JAIA in previous jobs
  • Good at managing/organizing data
  • Experience with other automobile manufacturers
