Project Manager, EMEA Sales & Delivery, Process & Tools Team

Scaling the business and building a consistent, delightful digital customer experience requires a capability to perform strategic planning and execute large scale implementations. You will work on improving the business along its cultural change journey by making the order to delivery to cash experience feel effortless and like magic for all customer segments.

The Process & Tools team is part of our Sales & Delivery Organization. The Project Manager is responsible for developing and executing projects, designed to optimize business results and align closely with longer-term objectives across the organization and the end to end value chain. Our Project Manager should have the ability to interpret data and identify improvements in the context of our business.

Excellent problem-solving skills, along with strong cross-functional and end to end stakeholder relationship management, is key in achieving success. The Project Manager should have the ability to think from inside the customer’s perspective to provide solutions in achieving targeted business goals and maximizing scalability, whilst aggressively pursuing customer standards. A team player with passion for continuous improvement, project management, digital products and solutions, automation and business process management would be a great addition to our team.



• Degree in relevant subject, project management qualification or equivalent in experience.


• Strong and proven experience in successfully managing and implementing initiatives, business processes and projects with multiple and competing priorities.

• Strong experience in B2B (desired) and deep understanding of the context from both internal and external process and system perspectives, including internal and external user interfaces and ability to translate challenges and gaps into opportunities and improvements.


• Excellent project management skills with strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.

• Excellent data-driven decision ability with sound business judgement.

• Excellent skills in problem-solving with experience in designing and implementing processes and driving results over time.

• Clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly with excellent stakeholder communication and engagement

• Experience in change management for strategic initiatives including; engagement, communications, behavior change, readiness and training

• Strong experience in working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others.

• Excellent presentation and influencing skills and with the ability to work cross-functionally; interacting with all levels and partner functions.

• Strong desire to take initiative, eager to learn, result-oriented and creative strategic thinker.

• Willing to transition between strategic thinking and continually delivering.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment under pressure, multitask and prioritize appropriately.

• Excellent organizational, numerical and analytical skills to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Technological fluency and ability to operate within internal business systems and MS Office with advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Project and MS Visio.

• Skills with data visualization tools, such as Tableau is desirable.

• Highly proficient written and verbal communications skills in English, including excellent documentation management.
