Payroll Controller – Nordics



The payroll controller manages monthly payroll processing and ensures that we comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and country specific requirements. It involves managing and controlling the data to our external service provider, working with a tight timetable ensuring that our employees and all related tax authorities and instances are processed in an accurate and timely manner.


  • Experience in a similar position with Nordics region focus
  • Strong accounting knowledge 
  • Attention to detail, with strong analytical and numerical skills 
  • Understand and comply with all SOX controls and departmental processes and procedures 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required including the ability to collaborate with people at all levels. 
  • Flexibility, pro-activeness, initiative, hands-on, high energy 
  • Able to cope with working in a fast-paced international environment
