Responsibilities
You will be part of the Order Operations team, which is a vital
team at Tesla HQ. You’ll have a unique opportunity to improve our internal
operations and make an impact on our core EMEA markets. In this role you will help
ensure Tesla enterprise customers are having seamless experience from order to
delivery of their Tesla. You will lead a team which is responsible for
generating and controlling various types of orders for all core EMEA markets.
Your main focus will be to ensure that all needed orders are placed or updated
in timely matter and all tax/accounting/legal/configuration requirements are
met for every single order. You will be a connecting point between Billing, Accounting,
Government relations, IT and local teams, and your team will play significant
role for smooth local operations as well as Tesla growth in EMEA.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional
experience, with preferred prior management experience - Background with Order Operations/
B2B market is strongly preferred - High-performer, who is able to
execute well as an individual contributor but also excel as an operational
leader - Strong team player with ability
and constant self-motivation to create an inclusive team environment - Thrive in a fast-paced,
ever-changing environment with multiple priorities while maintaining attention
to detail and staying focused on priorities - Excellent communication skills
