Responsibilities

The technician will
lead NPI engineering trials on the production line, working closely with
production team to execute and manage trial based on NPI/Engineering plan,
spanning across Electrode, Tabless, Assembly, and Formation process steps.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Science or Engineering
• Must be able to work from
  complex and detailed manufacturing documentation, drawings, and/or verbal
  and written instructions and specialized fixtures/test equipment.
• Be able to work
  independently once a task is assigned, make connections with other team
  members, work fluidly with the team to achieve great results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and data
  entry skills
• Proven record working within a team and team-oriented
  attitude
• Prioritize
  assignments to complete work in a timely manner
