What to Expect

Tesla
is seeking a curious, engaging, and driven Network Manager, SEMI Approved
Collision Center Centers to join the Tesla Approved Collision Center
(TACC) team. You will lead Tesla in our expansion of Tesla Approved SEMI
Collision Centers across North America.

The
position is located in Fremont, CA or
Austin TX. If you’re interested in becoming a part of a

Requirements

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of semi-truck collision estimating/management
  experience
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service,
  and work with multiple levels of the organization from senior management
  to external contractors
• Superior communication skills, written and oral
• Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills;
  attention to detail
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and
  navigate through an ambiguous environment; enjoy challenges
• Ability to deliver results through influence without
  authority
• Ability to work independently in limited supervision
  environment
• Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office
• Strong strategic planning, organizational and change
  management skills
