Mechanical Project Technician

Responsibilities

Tesla is currently seeking Mechanical Fabrication Project Technician who will be dedicated to supporting our manufacturing production projects. This position will report through the production maintenance organization

Monday – Thursday

Requirements

  • Experience with fabrication, welding, machining is highly desired Fork truck experience/training
  • Rigging experience/training
  • Skilled trades certificate and/or relevant military experience preferred. Associates degree in engineering or technology is a plus.
  • Evidence of exceptional ability.
  • Working knowledge of sensors, switches, lasers, dispensers, robotics, and conveyance systems.
  • Experience and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Demonstrated safe work practices, able to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and effective communication skills.
