Material Control Leader

Responsibilities

The Regional Material Control Leader is
responsible for ensuring all components required for Energy installs are
available at the primary fulfillment location, at optimal efficiency. This
individual must fully understand Tesla’s supply chain, warehousing processes
and installs operations, as well as be an expert within their assigned region
for all Energy materials.  They will deploy inventory strategies, be
responsible for product change and associated material planning implications,
manage and solve exceptions and escalations.  This role involves daily
management of supply and constraints, status reporting and escalation, cross
functional engagement and the relentless pursuit of operational excellence and
continuous improvement.

Degree in Statistics, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or Industrial
Engineering (or relevant experience)

·         Preferred:
2+ years’ work experience in finance, supply chain, operations, or inventory
control/management

·         Advanced
skills in the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and
Project

Preferred
Skills:

·         Prior
experience in manufacturing/warehouse/logistics environment preferred.

·         Tesla
Energy Product and Material knowledge

·         Advanced
skills using SQL, PowerBI, Tableau is a plus
