Responsibilities

The Market
HR Lead will lead the HR Partnering and Advisory team and people strategy
across market, working in close partnership with the Market Leader. You will be
all about the details, best practices, knowing what good looks like and then
raising the bar. The responsibilities of this position may change over time –
this role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs
of the organization. The role will report into the HR Lead, Business
Partnering, Sales, Service and Delivery EMEA. 

Requirements

  • Experience leading multi-site teams. Leadership skills with the ability to develop and supervise a team of HR professionals at all levels
  • Able to demonstrate an empowering and inspiring leadership style
  • Proven ability to structure priorities and deliver within high pressure, business critical environments
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical delivery for employee and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Ability to seek out opportunities for continuous improvement and portray vision, values and passion to team and stakeholders 
  • Multitasking talents and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under constant changing priorities and demands
  • Strong work ethic, commitment to quality, & proven follow-through skills
