    En tant que Responsable de zone, vous rapporterez au Directeur commercial et serez responsable de la supervision et de la conduite de l’ensemble des opérations Vente et Livraison sur plusieurs sites dans votre région. Vous piloterez la performance commerciale, la stratégie, l’excellence opérationnelle et le développement des personnes dans votre région. Dans ce rôle, vous contribuerez aux décisions sur nos emplacements immobiliers dans votre région, assumerez la responsabilité ambitieuse d’atteindre des objectifs de ventes et de livraison élevés, et vous assurerez que l’entreprise fonctionne sur des critères de succès clés, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, la croissance et la rentabilité des ventes et des livraisons, la satisfaction de la clientèle, l’excellence opérationnelle et le développement et la rétention des employés. En plus de stimuler les performances commerciales, le responsable de zone devrait agir en tant qu’Ambassadeur Tesla et fournir une perspective et des conseils critiques sur les décisions ayant une incidence sur les résultats sur le marché afin d’augmenter la part de marché de Tesla.

    The Role
    As Area Manager, you will report into the Country leader and are responsible for overseeing as well as driving sales and delivery operations across multiple locations in your region’s operating area. You will drive business performance, strategy, operational excellence, and people development in your area. In this role, you will contribute to decisions on our real estate footprint in your area, take accountability for achieving ambitious sales and delivery targets, and ensure the business performs on key success criteria including but not limited to sales and delivery growth and profitability, customer satisfaction, operational excellence and employee development and retention. In addition to driving business performance, the Area Manager is expected to act as an ambassador for Tesla and provide critical perspective and guidance on decisions impacting outcomes within the market to increase Tesla’s market share.
    Business Strategy and Performance

  • In partnership with the Country leader Country leader develop the strategy for growth in your area to expand the customer base and drive sales and deliveries
  • Ensure that the Sales targets, KPIs, and Operational priorities are communicated to all leaders in your area and subsequently met or exceeded, including but not limited to sales opportunity creation, test drive scheduling, new orders, pre-delivery readiness, maximum delivery yield, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Drive business and maximize all output from your locations
  • Lead the planning, implementation and follow up of market-building events and activities
  • Analyze performance data to quickly act on necessary improvements across the locations you oversee
  • Proactively discover new business opportunities and partner with the business sales leaders as needed to highlight any commercial opportunities that may arise
  • Provide reports/ analysis and action plans regarding your scope of locations to your manager as needed
    Operational Excellence
  • Collaborate and assist in managing the real estate strategy, from location search to opening – across the portfolio of retail, delivery, service and office locations
  • Actively participate in the strategic design of our charging infrastructure
  • Ensure that processes and best practices are well understood, implemented, and followed at your locations
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to develop delivery operations
  • Drive continuous improvements to facilitate exceptional team output and customer service including designing innovative solutions to problems across teams
  • Champion efficiency, productivity, quality, and overall excellence in all of your actions and decisions
  • Establish close cooperation with all business stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Support the local teams in the execution of their activities and other business needs
  • Connect with central functions in order raise the issues/needs you have identified for your scope of locations and partner with them to find the best path to resolution

    Customer Experience

  • Guide and coach employees towards providing a best in class customer experience at all times
  • Ensure that the showrooms are always presentable and that Tesla’s customer-facing standards are consistently met (Merchandising, Tesla uniform/ dress code, floor presence, proactive management of inbound activities)
  • Demand flawless execution of all customer-facing events
  • Continuously follow up and analyze CSAT scores, and proactively take appropriate actions to improve it
  • Champion best practices across your locations and lead by example
    People Management
  • Hire, develop, lead and motivate and retain a high performing and engaged sales and delivery team who are willing to experiment, learn, and innovate to drive results.
  • Develop a culture of ongoing performance development and improvement across team, supported by People functions
  • Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to your team members and maintain deep knowledge of your team’s strengths and opportunities
  • Create and drive a structured and inclusive culture for your teams
  • In collaboration with your HR partner, assess your teams’ performance and deal with underperformance and disciplinary issues quickly and efficiently
  • Listen to your teams – remove blockers and partner with local leaders to ensure they have the resources and tools necessary for your locations’ success.
  • Visit each of your locations minimum once or twice a week to ensure that you keep close to your team and the broader field organization
  • Participate in setting up new locations and training/mentoring new store leaders
    Requirements
  • Significant manager experience in retail sales and operations with proven track record to meet or exceed targets and goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes and driving employees to exceed targets.
  • Strong understanding and experience of creating extraordinary customer journeys.
  • Analytical understanding and knowledge of local market.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and affinity for working independently.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner and leader that others want to work with.
  • Confident in learning and adapting to multiple technologies.
  • Passionate about the mission of Tesla.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
  • Valid driver’s license.
