Responsibilities

As a Lead Planner, you will be playing a critical role in the construction of Tesla’s first lithium refinery plant near Corpus Christi, TX.  This role will support all project phases from engineering through
commissioning of construction by providing project management with critical
decision-making information that ensures projects are delivered on time. The
Scheduler will collaborate closely with other functional teams throughout the
project lifecycle to ensure accurate schedule development and reporting to
track project performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of scheduling experience using Primavera P6 within the construction industry
• Experience as a scheduler on $500M+ EPC industrial projects
• Experience supporting estimate development, including knowledge of CSI codes, and associated schedule cost loading
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems
• Open-minded, collaborative, detail orientated and team-oriented attitude
• Capacity to work within a high-performance, cross-functional and fast changing organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals
• Understanding of construction means and methods in the civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Four-year Bachelor degree in an accredited construction or engineering related curriculum, or experience equivalent to a four-year degree
