As a launch engineer in Tesla’s Battery Module Design Engineering Team, you will be responsible for the continued ramp, stabilization, optimization, and holistic sustaining of Battery & Module components & assemblies. You will be part of the global team that designs and delivers the High Voltage Batteries in all of Tesla’s vehicle and Energy Products. This is a hard-core team; this must excite you. This includes all structural, thermal, and electrical components required to make a large battery out of thousands of cells. Launch is more than simply achieving Start-of-Production; that’s just the beginning. It’s about the continuity afterwards and continually launching various improvement efforts.
