This role will be responsible for supporting GFNV Inventory Control Program. These roles will be directly reporting to the Inventory Control Project Manager. The purpose of these roles is to support the department projects to ensure the core function of the Inventory Control program can continue to operate seamlessly and work to review all high priorities projects to prevent impact to the business. You will need to be able to filter through data, work with cross functional teams to support data driven decisions. This is an individual contributor role which will require you to have excellent time management skills and the ability to communicate directly to leadership effectively. You will be part of the face of the department and ensuring you are reporting accurate information and guiding process driven conversations is a must. This is an hourly Monday – Friday role 9am-5:30pm, onsite is required.
High School Diploma Required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or Logistics/Supply chain.
Inventory Control experience 2+ years.
Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and handle matters
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Microsoft Office applications basics Excel skills, Filters, V-Lookups, Pivot
Tables, etc. Be able to work with ERP systems.
Strong understanding of Raw Materials, Work-In-Process (WIP),
Subassemblies and Finish Goods.
Strong aptitude to learn new systems and system functions.
Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with outside teams.
Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
Ability to develop professional relationships with outside vendors.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Must be able to prepare slide decks and present on projects.
Report out weekly on completion of projects and provide internal KPI’s to IC
