As a member of the IFM Team, your responsibilities include organizing, coordinating, and monitoring cleaning activities in your assigned area of responsibility. This encompasses ongoing maintenance cleaning, acute cleaning, special cleaning such as basic, glass and construction cleaning, and tasks related to disinfection and pest control.

Requirements

• You have an undergraduate engineering background like civil, mechanical, chemical or industrial, commercial clerk or any technical training related to property or facility management
• Any programming, architectural, design, statistical, analytical or mathematical training is a plus
• You possess a service-oriented way of working, high level of commitment and dedication, as well as a high level of resilience, personal responsibility, and cooperative team orientation
• You have possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• You conduct the extra mile to accelerate the world’s transition towards renewable energy
• You have a good command of English and a basic knowledge of German, Polish, Bulgarian, Chinese or Spanish is a plus
