Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and
motivated Supply Chain Manager / Global Supply Manager to support our Global
Logistics Procurement Team in the sourcing of Specialized Ocean Vehicle Services for transporting
Tesla vehicles Inbound Europe, Outbound Europe and Intra-Europe, with a focus
on GigaFactory Berlin.

The role covers forming a global transport
strategy for Model Y from GigaFactory Berlin to all Global Markets (destined
for EMEA & APAC), transport of all Vehicles within the EMEA region and any
other components intrinsic to the successful running of the organization that
may include Energy Finished Products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply
  Chain, Operations Management, Engineering or Chemistry and/or equivalent
  experience or evidence of exceptional ability
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work
  in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Project related experience in Special Logistic
  Equipment Services
• 5+ years of related experience in Vendor/Carrier
  management and / or Ocean Vehicle Logistics
• Logistics and Procurement experience
  preferred
• Masters in Supply chain and / or related
  field or MBA desirable
• Track record in planning, execution and
  delivery of projects.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes (SOP’s,
  RFP / RFQ / RFI’s, PO’s etc.)
• Superior negotiation, organization,
  analytical, and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced
  environment and deliver high quality results
• Excellent written and oral communication,
  and interpersonal skills, including an ability to effectively communicate
  across all levels of an organization, technical and non-technical audience
