Fleet Dispatcher (m/w/d) – Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

With the
rapid growth of our production at Gigafactory Berlin, we are expanding our
finished vehicle logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for
moving vehicles across all of Europe in a fast and efficient way for the lowest
cost possible. Tesla is redefining all aspects of the automotive industry,
including their distribution. You will have the opportunity to join a team that
is re-writing the rules of what is possible when it comes to logistics.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in the English
  language, other European languages are a plus
• Understanding of road transport rules and
  regulation (or is willing to learn)
• Car transport background is a plus, but we are
  happy to teach you
• A natural problem solver who is always looking
  for a way to make things happen
• A bias for action and for helping and
  supporting your peers
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
  multitask and prioritize appropriately to meet deadlines
• A team player that people enjoy working with who
  also has the ability to work independently
• The responsibilities of this position may
  change over time – this role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to
  the evolving needs of the organization
• This
  position is based at Gigafactory Berlin and requires occasional weekend and
  evenings work on a scheduled basis.
