Responsibilities

The Financial Services
and Insurance Manager role will be focused on supporting Tesla’s sales and vehicle
service businesses in Thailand. This will entail data and market analytics,
product design and development, as well as effective execution of compliant
financial services and insurance solutions leveraging external finance and
insurance partners while coordinating with internal stakeholders. The role will
also require candidates to be creative and possess the strong business acumen
needed to be able to identify new opportunities in the area of Financial
Services and Insurance to benefit the Company. It is crucial for the candidate to
be highly organized and confident in managing several projects within set
deadlines, as well as maintaining strong relationships with both internal and
external stakeholders. 

Requirements

·        
5+ years of experience in the
Financial Services or Insurance industry. Experience working in a start-up
environment or experience working in the auto-industry a plus.

Proven track record in partnership and project management

·        
Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a
strong negotiator

·        
Demonstrated aptitude in problem-solving and data analytics, with
proficiency in Excel. Proficiency in SQL a plus

·        
Business-level written and verbal proficiency in Thai as well as English
a must

·        
Highly organized individual with attention to detail and the
flexibility to adapt to change

·        
A self-starter and proactive individual able to work independently
in a fast-paced environment

A team player who is able to work
and collaborate with multiple functions across the organization to achieve Company
goals

Other Qualifications:

·        
Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or related field from a
reputable university

·        
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to
interact effectively with all levels of management

·        
Possess the highest level of integrity and accountability
