Responsibilities

  • Tesla seeks a candidate for the position of Finance Operations Specialist in the Auto Body and Service team of a rapidly growing organization.
    This employee will primarily analyze accounting data, provide recommendations and work cross functionally to drive efficiency and process improvements in this rapidly growing department. Additionally, this employee will lead reporting efforts on open receivables for both products to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred or equivalent in experience
  • Evidence of exceptional ability
  • 3-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable preferred
  • Expertise MS Office, with ability to learn new software/tools with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented, organized, resourceful and able to manage shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to positively and effectively interact with internal business partners
  • Regular, reliable and predictable performance required
  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
  • Preferred Dynamics 365 experience
