Responsibilities
- Adhere
to company policies of safety and conduct. - Collaborate
with all cross-functional teams including groups such as production,
maintenance, quality, and engineering teams, to sustain and improve on key
process metrics. - Develop,
document, improve, and train to Manufacturing Instructions for all
assembly processes. This requires intimate, hands-on knowledge of the
processes and the ability to clearly communicate detailed, critical
information. - Conduct
cycle time studies to determine the best distribution of work across the
line. - Identify
problems and opportunities and contribute to creating and implementing
solutions. - Use
various sources of data to determine the health of the line and prioritize
daily actions. - Support
engineering activities including process changes, validations, and
improvements. - Document
and present results of production and quality in a clear and concise
manner. - Assemble
and test manufactured goods for dedicated tooling and or processes. - Conduct
analytical tests, measure and record data using defined tools and software - Support
work area safety, cleanliness, material usage and organization. - Participate
in the continuous improvement of safety, quality, output, and tool uptime
Requirements
- Experience
with operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment - Proficiency
with power tools and good mechanical skills and knowledge. - Experience
interpreting manipulating and interpreting data. - Knowledge
in CAD and GD&T a plus.
