Responsibilities

  • Adhere
    to company policies of safety and conduct.
  • Collaborate
    with all cross-functional teams including groups such as production,
    maintenance, quality, and engineering teams, to sustain and improve on key
    process metrics.
  • Develop,
    document, improve, and train to Manufacturing Instructions for all
    assembly processes. This requires intimate, hands-on knowledge of the
    processes and the ability to clearly communicate detailed, critical
    information.
  • Conduct
    cycle time studies to determine the best distribution of work across the
    line.
  • Identify
    problems and opportunities and contribute to creating and implementing
    solutions.
  • Use
    various sources of data to determine the health of the line and prioritize
    daily actions.
  • Support
    engineering activities including process changes, validations, and
    improvements.
  • Document
    and present results of production and quality in a clear and concise
    manner.
  • Assemble
    and test manufactured goods for dedicated tooling and or processes.
  • Conduct
    analytical tests, measure and record data using defined tools and software
  • Support
    work area safety, cleanliness, material usage and organization.
  • Participate
    in the continuous improvement of safety, quality, output, and tool uptime

Requirements

  • Experience
    with operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
  • Proficiency
    with power tools and good mechanical skills and knowledge.
  • Experience
    interpreting manipulating and interpreting data.
  • Knowledge
    in CAD and GD&T a plus.
