EMEA Service Training Project Manager



Tesla’s EMEA Service Training team is seeking a well-rounded Project Manager to manage multiple strategic service training initiatives. This individual will focus on establishing the technical curriculum for customer-facing employees, scaling the service apprentice program, leading our mastery and career path initiatives, and executing additional projects as needed. The Senior Project Manager will perform a blend of responsibilities as needed to expand and expertly manage these programs, including needs analysis, project management, learning design strategy, stakeholder management, and communications. This role will also partner closely with global HR, Technical Operations, Service Operations teams to ensure our employees have the technical knowledge to provide world-class customer service.

The ideal candidate will have proven results managing training projects or programs from start to finish, with demonstrated competency in effectively achieving business impact. The role also requires strengths in communication, stakeholder management, and adult learning strategy. We’re looking for someone who can work well under pressure, thrive in ambiguity, translate the big picture to an executable strategy, and partner well across our global organization. The role is based in The Netherlands with offices in Amsterdam (HQ) and Tilburg. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Training, and will collaborate heavily with our training team of instructors, coordinators, and content developers. 


  • 4-year college/university degree or equivalent experience  
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Proven ability in executing multiple large-scale projects to completion 
  • Understanding of customer service principles and implementing customer-centric strategies
  • Analytical skills, mainly the ability to understand data or reports from multiple sources
  • Understanding of project management methodology and demonstrated ability using a consistent process to deliver results 
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external partners 
  • Highly organized, with good time management skills 
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and navigate through an ambiguous environment; enjoys challenges 
  • Self-starter who can work with minimal direction when needed 
  • Experience with Jira and Tableau a plus 
  • Experience working with Learning & Development or training teams or projects preferred
  • Experience in the automotive or technical industry preferred
